1. Course Purchases
- Once a course/service is purchased through Razorpay, it is considered final.
- We do not provide refunds for completed purchases unless there is a valid reason (e.g., duplicate transaction, technical error).
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users can request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase if they have not accessed/downloaded the course or e-content.
- Once the course material is accessed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
- Refund requests must be raised by emailing us at info@utsavclasses.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay payment gateway and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Fees for subscription-based services, digital downloads, and e-books are non-refundable.
- Once content is delivered, no refund or exchange will be granted.
